"We were assigned to first floor room with a walk in the shower as we had asked for a handicapped accessible route. We got a room that the TV didn’t work and the phone didn’t work after trying a different remote they offered to move us to a different room. The room was on the fourth floor and it did not have a walk-in shower the next morning the fire alarm went off and we had to walk down fourth light to stairs. We didn’t make it, but it was very difficult. I have some trouble with stairs and that’s the reason I asked for a handicap room to start with."

"Room was clean. Wifi worked fine. Front desk rep was nice. Parking was scary as it was a bit crowded and many cars were beat up. The bed also needs replaced. They had a queen mattress on a king frame and it was worn out. But the room was clean do and check in was easy so I'd stay again. "
