"The property is nice and comfortable. The room we stayed in was also comfortable with air conditioning and spacious. It could probably need some smaller renovation such as fixing some paint falling of the wall in the bathroom but besides that it was great. "A bit out of the way and surrounding area isnt the nicest but one of the nicest beaches in Italy so far. Hotel is nice, well maintained, great staff. Excellent breakfast, easy parking and the sunsets from the beach bar are outstanding!"

"We arrived early and were offered use of the pool, changing room and lunch. Our room was ideal, and well fitted (although no kettle, available on request). It was nice and quiet, both by the pool and in the room, and an easy 5 minute walk to the beachfront with cafes, bars and shops. We had a car and parking was easy, so it made this hotel an ideal base to explore the Salento area and Gallipoli. All the staff were friendly, both on the desk and at breakfast which was a buffet style with some hot options. On departure we were again offered an room extension, use of the pool all day and the Spa to freshen up. All in all could not be faulted."

"From the moment I arrived, the kindness and thoughtfulness of Antonio and Assunta were amazing - thank you for looking after me, your advice and kind offers. The villa itself was in a beautiful and tranquil location, with everything you could need. There was even a roof terrace with a beautiful view down to the sea. The large garden area had lots of different areas to sit outside and enjoy, including a pond and rockery which Antonio had built himself. The seafront and beach at Torre Vado could be reached on foot (about 2km downhill on quiet roads) - a great place to go for a swim, to eat or for a drink. The kitchen was very well-equipped and there was a lovely bowl of fresh fruit and some wine to welcome me. It was a great location from which to explore the coastline - Gallipoli, Otranto, Santa Maria di Leuca and only an hour from the beautiful city of Lecce which was well worth a day trip. Some great recommendations for places to eat from Antonio and places to visit.Antonio was always available for help or questions, but was also discreet and careful not to disturb. Very kind hosts and a truly beautiful place to stay for ten days.Grazie mille per tutti !"
