Vermietet wird eine neu renovierts Ferienhaus ca. 17. Jahrhundert EG + OG. Das Ferienhaus liegt in Alf und ist nur wenige Minuten ca. 80 Meter von der Mosel entfernt.
Der gemütliche, offene Wohn- und Essbereich lädt direkt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Das EG und OG haben zusammen eine Wohnfläche von ca. 70m2. Geeignet für 4 Personen!
Im OG befindet sich das Schlaf und Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC.
Schlafpätze 1x Doppelbett 1x Schlafsofa EG 2 Personen.
Vor dem Haus liegt der alte Dorfplatz mit Museumshaus zur Mosel sind es nur 60m.
Meine private Dachterrasse im Weinberg kann mitgenutzt werden.
Verschiedene Restaurants sowie ein Bäcker befinden sich nur wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt...Ideal auch für Radfahrer
