Its beautiful roof of exposed old beams and its subdivision of the rooms all with its own window make it very elegant and characteristic, to live a holiday with all the necessary comforts.

Very intimate and quiet, just 100 meters from the sea and 50 meters from Piazza Civica; you arrive in a moment at the port and its wonderful white sandy beaches on the side "lido San Giovanni" (North). Instead, always on foot along the Dante (South) promenade there is a wonderful rocky cove equipped where you can admire the famous sunsets on Capo Caccia.

The house consists of three separate rooms all equipped with a window. A kitchen equipped with everything necessary to satisfy the most demanding people, a living room furnished with great taste that can accommodate two people in a comfortable sofa bed with 18 cm mattress. a beautiful double bedroom and a bathroom with window, very elegant with disengagement for the suitcases.
