This charming rural house in Alhaurín de la Torre offers an ideal refuge for up to 4 people, with 2 cosy bedrooms and air conditioning for optimal rest. The 60 m² property, modern and comfortable, is located in a quiet rural setting with views of the mountain and garden, perfect for those looking to disconnect or enjoy outdoor activities.

The 40 m² terrace invites you to share unforgettable moments under the sun and in a family atmosphere. The plot is fenced, ideal for families with children, who will also enjoy the available children's area.
Inside, the dwelling stands out for its American kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils to prepare your favourite dishes. The living room and dining room form an open space that facilitates coexistence and relaxation after a day exploring the area.
The location is another strong point: you are just 1 km from the Lauro Golf course and minutes by car from the María Zambrano AVE station and Málaga airport, facilitating access to beaches, shopping centres and outstanding tourist spots in the Malaga province.
