「This hotel was a "wow" all around. The photos don't do it justice: 1) The area: the town it was in is super cute. Everyone knows one another in the area. Views of Etna were incredible. Just a very beautiful region of sicily. 2) The service: the front desk helped us book a helicopter tour of etna. 「The hotel is a fantastic delight, and great value. It had a unique character which was classy and practical. The best part was the hotel staff, who were incredibly helpful and cheerful at all times. Due to plane times, we arrived 3 hours before check in but could store our luggage, change into swimming gear, and use the hotel beach and facilities before we had officially checked in at 2pm. Our flight out was at 8.30pm but the hotel also allowed us to use the beach and facilities for the day...
