The visually appealing pool had restricted hours, and the guest was dissatisfied with a late afternoon incident where a staff member impolitely asked them to leave or pay NTD300 without prior notification. While the hotel exterior was well-maintained, some outdoor furniture and lighting were in disrepair and posed safety concerns."
