“I booked for a senior suite. I was placed in a junior suite because even though I had already paid they double booked it and gave it to someone else. I was upset, but they said I’ll be refunded for the difference. I reached out several time to the property, to Expedia and they weren’t able to help. Even tho I was given a receipt with the amount to be refunded. Now I am filling a claim with my bank. Additionally, the food was terrible, they only have one iron on the entire property which I needed……

“Je ne voudrais pas que quelqu'un comme moi soit encore impliqué dans une telle erreur. Il a été dit que ce lieu, « Abritel », se trouve au Bénin, précisément à ABOMEY-CALAVI. Mais ce n'est pas vrai. J'ai réservé un séjour du 15 novembre 2025 au 5 décembre 2025 pour ma femme, moi et notre fille de 7 ans. Tout d'abord, l'Hote, ZIKIOU RADJI dont le contact se figure sur la plate forme, arrive a son hotel, nous faisait comprendre qu'il n'en savait rien de ce genre de payement en ligne ( j'ai paye……
