“Cute apartment nestled in a very quiet neighborhood conveniently located within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants. Dedicated parking spot was a bonus. Great comms from the host; replies to questions were very quick. Check-in was very simple via VRBO messaging.”

“Property was quiet and clean, it is a shared property with multiple units being rented. Good location close to ferry and short drive to town or other major towns such as Holland. Could do with a small dining table for 2. Air conditioning controlled from a central location so no opportunity to adjust to one’s own liking. Otherwise a great property.”

“The place was very clean and provided just what we needed. It was very convenient to be able to leave our car and walk around town.”

“Beautiful, clean, and only a block away from Butler St! Awesome place to stay.”

“Perfect location, close to food and shopping. Mill Pond Realty was great to work with!”

“Perfect place for a quick & quiet getaway. Easy walk to Saugatuck (and even Douglas) shops, restaurants and activies. Great layout, thoughtfully furnished and loads of convenience amenities included. Thanks for a great stay!”

“The hummingbird cottage was in the perfect location and was great for a weekend stay. Had a little trouble with air conditioning last night there was getting warmer as night went on and we had not touched the thermostat i fiddled around with the nest thermostat for about 20 mins, it finally came back on. Wished it had a small table and chairs to sit at but i see its a space issue. Overall a nice older cottage . Close to downtown saugatuck and great having parking and being able to walk around……
