“What a beautiful place - perfect for the four of us who were in town for a trail race. House was immaculate, spacious -- loved the back deck for morning coffee and the wraparound porch! Lots of amenities -- so many! Host was so responsive - gave us lots of great restaurant suggestions.One suggestion: Be prepared for no cell service navigating back out and download maps, etc. House has WiFi but we found it was spotty at times and then of course couldn't get the nav to work when we left.But……

“This was a gathering of two households- one from NYC, the other from DC - who found this to be a great in between location to meet up. The home is beautiful and so well appointed. Everything you need to cook big meals and eat together at the dining room table. It's all so comfortable, from lounging in the sunroom overlooking the pond to watching the big game in the living room to getting a great nights sleep in the comfy beds - you can have it all. “We booked this to be close to the rural venue of a family wedding. There were 8 of us, including the groom, and we all absolutely loved this house. It feels bigger on the inside than in looks from the outside, the rooms are so spacious and airy, lots of windows and sunlight. Modern in the ways it needs to be but retaining its idyllic, old farmhouse identity. The kitchen is incredible, and served us well in preparing a bunch of wedding food. We didn’t have much free time to fully enjoy the……
