“Overall the cabin is very cozy and comfortable. Clean; stocked with cooking ware. We use ATT cellular, which was NOT available in the area, but bypassed it with Wi-Fi, which worked well. It’s close to the road, but there’s not much traffic so it was pretty quiet. The river seating area is beautiful but it is close behind the other cabins, so if you prefer more privacy it’s a little awkward. We didn’t meet the owners, but they are right there on the property and seemed like very wonderful……

“It was a cute rustic cabin however the hot tub took up too much room and we never used it. What a waste of space! Bathroom was outdated and needed a little bleach in the corners. Sheets were definitely washed too many times and should be replaced. The room was cozy and the kitchen served the purpose. It was 1.3 miles from downtown which was convenient, however I could not get an Uber to pick us up. Over prices for accommodations. So many other nice places I would recommend.”

“This property was perfectly located less than 10 minutes from RMNP and close enough to Estes for routine grocery runs. The house layout was perfect for our group with two primary suites and enough beds up stairs for 4-5 kiddos! The house was very well stocked and very clean. The kitchen had all of the necessary appliances to make cozy meals and the ice maker was well utilized. We enjoyed the back porch and even saw elk! Well equipped kitchen, All in all, we would go there again since it's so close to my sister's house. Approach road was total BS. They dug a huge, 8" deep, ditch and called it a speed bump.”
