Good location close to the airport. Clean and well presented.
The staff were excellent. Very polite and helpful.
My only issue was the Aircon didn't work very well so the room was very hot.
Great hostel with lots of amenities & good breakfast

Disliked: Amenities
The information says that the Airport Shuttle service is 24 hours, but that's a lie. There is no shuttle service provided by the hotel. Other than that, the staff was very nice and hospitable.
We checked out around 3 am in the morning, so we couldn't enjoy the hotel well, but there is no problem. The reception staff welcomed us and responded to our early check-out.
It was an old hotel, look like 1-star motel. The towel was yellowish, and air-con was not working well (we’re sweating in sleep). The room ambient feels like haunted. Bearable for 1 night, but definitely will not return again. The only good thing- it was few minutes walking distance from a mall
A truly prodigious amount of mold in a collapsing testament to decaying imperious opulence. I was scared to use the shower. There was black mold in every vent. The door didn’t seal on the bottom so you could hear outside well into the night. My life is genuinely richer for having this experience, but do not follow in my footsteps.
Worst hotel I've ever been to. Weird fines, unclean rooms, everything was broken or halfbroken. It was loud and unbearably hot at night. No idea how this could possibly be rated as a 4 star hotel. I don’t recommend.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
internet was very poor or none and room service was every other day
Terrible experience. The AC and Wi-Fi were both non-functional, making the stay uncomfortable. The cleanliness was disappointing—towels that should have been white were grey and dingy. The only redeeming factor was the breakfast, which was decent. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I had to be moved to three rooms because of problems. Two the air conditioning didn’t work. The phone didn’t work in any room. The restaurant at the hotel has dancing parties every night. They last until 3 in the morning on weekdays and five in the morning on weekends. We had to leave early because the staff stoke a pair of $900 earrings.
