「Gianna was very welcoming and her place was very clean and secure. It is behind the Hyatt and they have security guards as well as roaming the parking lot. I wasn't home much during the day mainly just to sleep. The walls are pretty thin though and outside noises could cause a little disruption especially the roosters in the morning but she did mention its Puerto Rico life! I would recommend it if looking for something in this area. Thanks again for the medallas Gianna!」

「The beach is very close to the property. There were not too many people on the beach. It kind of looked run down and abandoned. There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance of the neighborhood. Property was decorated nice and was very secure. I didn’t have the correct code to the lock box when checking in so it took a little while for the property owner to resend me the right code. There were ants and mosquitoes in the unit. You get a convenient parking spot in the parking area...

「Parking is awful in Old San Juan and this hotel does nothing to help. There is no place to unload luggage, except by blocking traffic. There is no help from anyone to help with luggage. The hotel rooms were Ok, but old and the floors were not attractive, in fact the floors were dirty. I only stayed here one night but would never stay here on multiple nights. The location, however, was excellent.」
