  • Bright, welcoming, and fully equipped, this 110 m² Andalusian apartment is located in a very quiet area with easy parking. Situated on the first floor, it is completely private—perfect for those seeking comfort and privacy.



    The spacious living room opens onto a balcony and features a desk ideal for working on a PC. The kitchen-dining area and bathroom are roomy and fully equipped. There is also a laundry room.



    The apartment offers 3 bedrooms with wardrobes and a selection of extra pillows for added comfort. A high chair and crib are available for families with young children.



    Amenities include air conditioning with heating in every room, high-speed Wi-Fi, 43" TV, NETFLIX, electric vehicle charging point, board games, Alexa, Nespresso coffee maker, hairdryer, iron, smoke and CO2 detectors, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.



    The location is excellent: just 10 minutes by car from the southern entrance to Caminito del Rey, 8 minutes from the village of Álora, 25 minutes from the reservoirs, and less than an hour from destinations like Torcal, Antequera, Ronda, Málaga, beaches, Costa del Sol, and the airport.

Estancia con historia y con personalidad

Pros: Me encanta cuando los alojamientos son de gente real, de su famila, que invierten su tiempo y dinero en ello y se ve la dedicación! No es fácil de encontrar alojamientos así, donde dueño, Manuel es una persona real, la casa es una casa de su familia con su historia, el lugar es auténtico y además todo está muy bien cuidado, pensado y explicado. Hemos estado muy cómodos, hicimos caso a todas las sugerencias de Manuel :) Cons: nos ha encantado todo!
