「A gorgeous mountain retreat! We stayed 9 nights and had dinner 8 of the nights. Clean hotel… incredible staff from the front desk to the dining crew. I will point out one person who stood out… Ervis! A great example of perfect hospitality. He is knowledgeable on wine of the region and just a genuine nice human. Dinner was right at Michelin * quality. The view of the mountain is spectacular. Our room was simple but comfortable. We hope to be back with family. 」

「We had a lovely time staying at Grifone Dolomiti! The hotel is perfect, clean and in good repair. The shuttle ride is easy and quick to the closest lift and ticket sale. There are ski lockers adjacent to the entrance for storing equipment and drying/warming your boots. Fantastic. Many good things can be said about the physical hotel, but the very best, and most important compliments can be for the staff. Everyone friendly, helpful, ready to make your stay more comfortable. Highly recommended.」

「El hotel esta bien mantenido y bin situado en el cento de la ciudad, pero los alrededores son muy ruidosos, en un viaje a Cortina uno busca tranquilidad y eso se consigue con un hotel en las afueras de Cortina. En las mañanas siempre nos despertaba un aserradero, el ruido de la recogida de las botellas vacías etc. Si vuelvo a Cortina me quedare en un hotel fuera del centro de la ciudad.」

「Breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly and helpful. The gentleman at the front desk in the evening provided great advice on hiking and weather conditions. The room itself needed to be updated; very old furnishings and the lighting was very poor and also not much room for relaxing in the room. Our room faced the back of the hotel which had little street noise, though the hallway doors were very loud with opening and closing. The bathroom overall was clean and seemed to be more...

「Kate and Diego are the very best of hosts! I stayed for a little more than a week and have nothing but great things to say about them and their staff. The rooms are comfortable, the bar/cafe is the perfect place for a treat after a ride or a hike, and the breakfast on the patio in front of a field of wildflowers is a magical way to start the day. You can tell that Kate and Diego take great pride in their hotel in every detail. 100% recommend.」
