「The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice and well prepared. The hotel is dated and needs a full makeover. My room was spacious but there were stains on the carpet, the wallpaper (yes wallpaper) in the bathroom was stained and peeling, and there was an odd smell in the room.」

「I like the new concept hotel in a well-known chain. Little things can make or break an impression, though. The in-room coffee maker and coffee brand were not good at all. Finding out at check-in that we had to pay to park...$16...wasn't welcoming, especially when the parking lot only had or 7 cars parked there the entire time we were there. Overall, though, it's a very nice hotel.」
