「I made a reservation through Expedia/VRBO, and the host canceled less than 24 hours before check-in without providing any explanation. When I contacted Expedia, they were not aware that the reservation had been canceled. I then contacted VRBO, where the listing was posted. VRBO was unable to reach the host to determine the reason for the cancellation and could only confirm that the reservation had been active and fully confirmed in their system. As a result, I had to spend valuable time working...

「Please be aware that this is not a real VRBO property, but instead a time share. When we checked in, they tried to get us to attend a presentation in exchange for a free gift. They will try to sell you a time share. It's really not cool that this was not disclosed. It took forever for us to check in because of the upsell scam. The room was nice, and clean, and very spacious. However, we had trouble with our fire place, and one night we did not have hot water for a while. The location is...

「Great location, great home, and great amenities. Will definitely be back if the opportunity presents itself at this location. Only real hiccup were ants in the kitchen and dining room area (the ant traps that were available did not seem effective). The host tried to assist and was very responsive so that earned some good will. Not dropping a star for the ants, but now that the issue has been identified, hopefully future guests can simply enjoy the awesome place!」

「The door card only worked in one door of the three rooms, two of the three bathrooms were dirty with nail clippings and public hair in bath tub, there is no service by the pool so you have to go find food and drinks to bring in by oool, there also is no food in premises so that’s super inconvenient, the resort feel/ vibe is NOT here at all. We were in floor theee, every time we get off the elevator it smelt like absolute rock trash throughout the hallways. It was absolutely disgusting. I said...
