Complimentary water was in our room and then an array of complimentary chocolates were brought up to our room. I was very impressed with the breakfast in the mornings as well as the dinner restaurant at night! Very close by to the heart of the shopping area and touristy things to see. "Good location with easy transport links. Very useful to have twenty four hour reception and check in, staff at the desk were always very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a good range of choice, and a good size room so even when busy, didn’t feel overcrowded. The bar downstairs is nice - great for people watching the lobby! "First time there. Will be back! A definite recommend if you are in the area to see the castles. Staff is very helpful and most speak English quite well. Each building is its own look, feel and room type. There are elevators but expect some walking and there are hills. Not like the hill to the castle (take the bus or horse carriage). Try it. Make your own opinion. I loved it. "
