“Schönes neues Hotel. Sehr schöne Zimmer. Decken sind sehr hoch und mit sehr schönem Muster versehen. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Sehr viel Auswahl.”

“The location was excellent, staff were very polite and helpful, but the mattress was desaster, middle of the mattress was sunk, we woke up with back pain despite of complaining and the promise they made to take care of it they didn’t and my friend is still suffering from back pain.”

“ The hotel is located in a very quiet alley but not remote. It's easy to walk to center and museum.there are many convenience stores and restaurants near by .which are very convenient. The staff are also very nice and professional, and the rooms was clean and tidy. I strongly recommend if I come back Izmir I would staying here again .”

The staff in Met hotel are very need some on-job training, not mentioned that their English level is really hard to communicate. I cannot believe that I even had a fight with them during my stays.
