「Updated apartment with all the modern amenities in a 130 year old brownstone just south of downtown. Walkable to downtown and a variety of restaurants. An area of town that is being renovated, will keep looking nicer as time goes on. Any time I needed something, James the host was very quick to reply and address.」

「We stayed for one night. It was very clean inside. The outside lacked attention with thick dirt on the windows, mildew on awnings, and some inappropriate things written on the thick dirt on the windows that our kids pointed out. Spiderwebs on the doorframe were not welcoming. Location was unimpressive- not unsafe, not desirable. Inside was very cute, set up like a diner, first floor apt. 「Awesome for the outdoors! The property is clean and cozy. As advertised, there's no indoor plumbing. They had the cleanest porta potty I've ever been in. Firewood is available for purchase on site, which was convenient. Very thoughtful touches all over the property. The light in the morning shines through the glass in the most beautiful way. 」
