A beautiful terrace with fantastic sea views for your moments of relaxation awaits you in this part of a semi-detached house. At the entrance there is an equipped outdoor area and a nice outdoor shower, ideal when you return from the beach. The living room with fireplace corner has a large window with sea view, which makes the room extra bright. The terrace with sea view is equipped for outdoor meals. The coastal town of San Nicola l'Arena, with its ancient castle guarding the coast, is 4 km away. Not to be missed is the archaeological site of Solunto 8 km away, and the beautiful city of Palermo with its churches, museums and characteristic markets 20 km away. To the charming Cefalù it is 40 km. This is an excellent starting point to visit the most beautiful and interesting places on the north coast of beautiful Sicily.

Appartements spacieux et bien équipé. mais la terrasse située juste au-dessus d'une route ultra passagère du matin jusque tard dans soirée. Aucun accès possible à pied aux plages privees en contrebas de trois-cent-mètres, obligé de prendre la voiture pour aller a une place de ,galets à une kilomètre bondée de famille locale... Antonio le concierge tres gentil mais ne parle que l'italien, Check in tres compliqué quant au check-out il n'a pas eu lieu car il n'était pas disponible... u mois d'heures à 18h piste le Mexique à 6

Das Apartment ist auf seine eigene charmante Weise schön und praktisch ausgestattet, aber: ohne Auto nicht zu erreichen. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in fußläufiger Nähe nicht, die zwei Bahnhöfe Altavilla Milicia und San Nicola l'Arena sind ohne Auto ebenfalls nicht erreichbar. Dafür können die Vermieter*innen nichts, aber man sollte es für die eigene Planung unbedingt wissen. Der Host war tatsächlich sehr hilfreich und hätte uns auch Fahrräder zur Miete organisiert. Die Verständigung war jedoch eine kleine Herausforderung, die wir mit Hilfe von Übersetzungsprogrammen meistern mussten, da er kein Englisch sprach. Am schönsten an der Wohnung ist die große Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer (das zu Fuß nur entlang einer viel befahrenen Straße, die direkt unterhalb der Unterkunft entlang führt, erreichbar ist). Die Dusche ist sehr klein und der Ofen war während unseres Aufenthalts kaputt. Generell ist es aber eine solide Möglichkeit, zwischen Altavilla Milicia und Trabia unterzukommen.
