The holiday apartment "Egge Resort 7b" is located in Altenbeken and is ideal for an unforgettable vacation with your loved ones. The 49 m² accommodation includes a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom, and one bathroom, accommodating 2 people. Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a workspace for home office, heating, and a smart TV with streaming services. You also have access to a private sauna and a whirlpool. The apartment features a private balcony for relaxing evenings. The whirlpool can be used at outdoor temperatures down to -10°C, and the jet functions may be used until 10:00 p.m. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 p.m. to ensure nighttime peace. Public transport is within walking distance. Smoking is not permitted in this accommodation. In case of violation, a penalty fee will be charged. Please register babies in advance and provide a deposit upon arrival. Receiving visitors is not allowed and will result in a penalty fee if suspected. Sehr modern. Wohl neu. Vermieter braucht noch Erfahrung.

Insgesamt gut. Die Fußbodenheizung wurde nach Beschwerde dann höher eingestellt. Als Entschädigung eine Flasche Sekt. Empfehlenswert ist eigenes Sauna Aufgußmittel mitzubringen (Warda, Schneider z.B.). Es fehlte ein Hocker oder Treppe, um in den Yakuzzi zu gelangen. Kauften wir uns. Bett hart gleich sehr gut. Parkplätze direkt vor der Wohnung. Bei dieser Wohnung kein Treppe steigen. Das Haus liegt am Hang. Zu Fuß in ca. 300 m ein guter Supermarkt, aber was am Hang herunter gelaufen wird, geht nachher wieder steil hoch. Gute Aussicht, u.a. auf Viadukt der Bahn. TV Gerät schafft keine normalen Programme (RTL, Sat 1, ARD, ZDF, Pro 7 etc. Nur Netflix und möglicherweise andere Dienste.
