缺點 早上岀門前掛了請勿打擾門牌，晚上回房間發現門牌不見了，亦有清潔人員進入過房間打掃，感覺不太尊重客人的選擇。”

“This is really a hotel I would highly recommend, especially when arriving after a long trip. The hotel's front desk staff were very kind and friendly and offered towels to wipe, which was really touching. The breakfast has many kinds and is very exquisite and delicious. The hotel manager will take good care of our needs. The room was as clean as new and the sheets were ironed and flat.The location is close to the station exit so it is very convenient.”

“Fantastisk ophold i superior room. Meget stille baggård og ingen larm fra byen, og når man træder ud på gaden, træder man direkte ud i Krautzberg caféerne. Lækkert værelse med egen terrasse.
Indtjekning var meget bøvlet. Jeg modtog ingen indtjekningskode og det var umuligt at komme i kontakt med en ansat, så vi spildte nogle timer den første dag, på at vente på at Hotels fiksede det for os. ”

“The hotel is far beyond our expectations and is worth every penny! The room was big, modern and comfortable, and the surrounding area was really nice and quiet. All staff members were very helpful and kind: they are always willing to deal with any problems we have and helped us tackled with them. "It’s a crowd place with crowds flowing. Convenient to take public transportation but again, wouldn’t be nice and clean at the traffic center. There’s no warm water for showering. It’s either old or burning. The water temperature switches itself without anybody touching and it actually burned my skin. Shower cap was ripped. Well, I would say good location if you’re transferring; nice, kind and helpful staffs; but the hotel facilities are in shabby condition. "
