“This is absolutely not an accurate listing. Upon check in we were givin a dirty room with "white" stains on the office chair and the induction stove top fell apart when opening the drawer inderneath and pubic hair in the tub under our "clean" towels, and that was only our first 10 minutes of being there.the front desk only allowed us to change rooms once they went and veriefied the messes in the room which werent hard to find if they would actually inspect the rooms after cleaning. “Not a bad place for Ionia. Air conditioner when out on Friday night and host said it couldn't be fixed. I originally booked 3 nights and for June and began trying to cancel the first night well before the full refund time even started. Michael would take forever to message me back and then just kept saying it was taken care of. I even contacted VRBO and they conferenced called him. Again he said he would take care of it. “Our stay at this 2 bedroom home was very enjoyable. It's listed as quirky, (okay), but it's charming, interesting, and tasteful too! Beds were very comfortable. I was amazed at all the thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. We were there on one of the hottest days of the year, yet the house remained a comfortable temp. And the price was excellent. Communication with Sarah was very easy. I would recommend this.”
