- Beautiful lakefront home with wonderful water views. The property is very private and has its own beach and private dock. Boat rentals are available in Alton Bay and the private dock makes it convenient.
The home is situated on a private road and is very quiet. It's location is ideal and one can be in Alton Bay in 5 minutes, Gunstock in 10 minutes or Laconia and Weirs Beach in 20 minutes.
