「Nice front desk and easy to check in. The back entrance was very run down and dirty. The carpets were filthy and the doors were very weathered and gross to touch. The bedding didn’t look wasted. I choose to sleep on top of the covers and have a towel as a blanket.」

Our hotel carpet was damp and needed a dehumidifier in the room as it smelled musky and there was food left in fridge from previous people that wasn’t cleaned out, but as soon as I notified the front desk they were most apologetic and came to clean it right away and was adamant to do something about a discount on the room. 「I pre - booked a room with a king bed and a jacuzzi for 2 nights, showed up to pay for the room and they said that the only room available was a room with 2 queens. They said the room I booked was under construction so this was the only other option. They refused to give me a refund or a better deal even tho they clearly screwed up and hadn't let me know before hand of the change. 「This is a boutique property right in town. It is close to restaurants, has its own "coffee bar" and restaurant, both of which are good. Staff were very accommodating. We enjoyed the bikes and the gym and had a lovely cocktail in the lobby each day. Thank you.」
