Not the worst place I've stayed...but far cry from good. First off no continental breakfast like listing states. No toilet paper, no soap, no shampoo or any of the simple little basics you generally expect even with a cheap motel. Bed side lamps didnt have bulbs, so only option was over head lights on or off.

As soon as we walked in, I noticed the broken AC unit. I called and asked for another room, but not before I saw a roach climbing up the wall. The staff accommodated us another room and as soon as we step foot inside, we noticed 3 roaches and a flying bug in the room. We immediately checked out.

it so so dirty we did not stay sheet all riped bugs dirty and smelled real bad waiting on a refund cancelled our whole trip and drive 3.5 hour back home

Should have known what I was in for when the sign at the night check-in window said, "no refunds after ten minutes". I dreaded opening the door to the room on sight. Inside it was visibly infested with crawling roaches. The attendant was gracious enough, probably having gotten used to the refund requests. Expedia handled it wonderfully, but let's be truthful...this hotel shouldn't be listed on this site to begin with.

I've always stayed only time I ask get my money back only got 30 of it and when ever I ask manger like I post to never got it back so I should have one free night room I had didn't have toilet seat or anything tv didn't work

The driveway is nothing but huge craters , barely able to get to room . Beds were uncomfortable. Ice machine was across a parking lot and was unplugged. No breakfast as advertised

Very noisy and loud. Yelling vulgar language in middle of night. 16days, room never cleaned or given clean towels or any amenities of any kind. Dirty, unfriendly, unsafe atmosphere. Patroled nightly.

The overall atmosphere was dirty. People screaming and fighting every night. Police there everday for something. Booked 14day stay no one ever cleaned room, provided clean towels, toiletries, trash bags. cleaning lady knocked on door 1 out of all days with a roll of toilet paper. No phones or clock in room. Older lady I assume she and her husband run the property yells at you everytime you try to speak with her. Younger girl (daughter)? Was very nice. Rarely the water would get hot. I ended up having to extend my stay for 2 more nights and I paid thru expedia to use my credits which they are very unhappy about. Chose this hotel because they were pet friendly. Have 2 cats charged extra $75 a week for. Now they say it's $30 extra per night for the 2 days want $60. Very unprofessional and nasty about the extra 2days I received discount for going thru app.

I didnt get clean sheets or towels til 5 days in. I only stayed a week. Hot water lasts 3 min. Basically cold showers. Lot of loiters

Trap house .... avoid!
Drug deals and prostitutes outside our door. Smoke detector pulled down with a bsg over it. Shower curtain brown. Something crawling on us in the bed. Had to keave and get a new hotel. Tried to call management to resolve and was meet with complete rudeness . Will be filing for money back

I'm sorry that's how you feel and we did not resolve because you informed us at check out time when it could've been resolved earlier. I checked all my security cameras and did not notice any people and my housekeeper informed me that you used the room and bathroom. so we can't process refund after you used the room and tried to resolve it in the morning after check-out. We are here for service 24/7 and resolve all our other guests problem whenever they have it.

If I thought I could get a room in Galveston I would have but what was left was outrageous. I go to the beach all summer and I’m out of the room all day so I can’t justify paying 250-500 dollars to play or fish. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been

This hotel should be taken off Orbitz!!! It should not be taking reservations as it was not open! Then Orbitz tells me if I cancel I'll be charged because of non refundable..I went, there was no one there!! It's not like I just blew it off, we had NO power for over 24 hours!! Both the Hotel and Orbitz get bad ratings because I will never use Orbitz again!!

I did not stay at the motel. I drove up to and around it. It was been renovated. It looked nasty. I was afraid to stay. It looked to be an hourly motel.

Thank you, but if you had noticed correctly we have two buildings and one is being renovated. also i would not like to respond to someone who has not stayed or experienced our services. Thank you for trying. Also not forgetting to mention but this is a respectable property so i would not appreciate if someone judges our motel just by the look of it.
