「This stay was extremely disappointing and concerning. A loose razor blade was left out in the room, and my 4-year-old grandson picked it up. That alone is a serious safety failure. The AC unit had visible mold buildup on the vents, raising major concerns about air quality. The shower head leaked everywhere when turned on, and the bathroom showed rust, mold, deterioration, and poor maintenance overall. Cleanliness and guest safety are the bare minimum. 「Room was clean, received clean towels daily. Lacking on toiletries, such as Kleenex, extra roll toilet paper, shampoo and hair dryer. Just the basics and it suited our stay. 」

「Rooms are clean, no roaches and housekeeping is really good about asking if you need toiletries Or towels every day. Can get a little loud at night but hey, by 10pm it’s quiet and the grounds are kept up nicely. We were going to stay here a few weeks ago but the girl working that night gave me a hard time about my dogs. I have 2 service dogs and she INSISTED I provide paperwork showing they’re registered, and that they couldn’t be “emotional support animals” even tho LEGALLY I don’t have to show...

「The hotel is located next to the highway with plenty of parking spaces, making parking convenient. The hotel has been newly renovated, so the facilities are very new. However, because it is close to the road, the noise from passing vehicles can be a bit loud. Breakfast includes cake, hot water, coffee, milk, orange juice, and a small selection of cereal.」
