“Safe place.”

“Interior is great, clean, and well kept, beds are very comfortable, and it was pretty easy to have 6 guests in there as long as you have people comfortable sharing queen beds. Host was very responsive and didn't have a laundry list of check in/check out things for us to do. Its a great place to stay with friends for a trip to New Orleans. Only things to be wary of: right on the cusp of an unsafe area of New Orleans, so be careful being out after dark. Also, downstairs neighbors were not……

“The place is Sooo clean and neat!! Plenty of towels and bath needs. PLUS claw foot tubs. Great for a great a long soak after a long day. They provide plenty of hangers for you. worth getting again. They allowed me to drop off my bags prior check in which was a big help. I loved the neighborhood and the people. I felt totally safe. ”

“Our stay was spacious and comfortable. Communication with the boat was easy, and the location is close to the streetcar. It's not in the prettiest neighborhood, but we didn't have any issues with that. There were some stains on the blanket in the first bedroom, but the second two were fine, so we just took those. Clean towels, bathroom, and kitchen, but there wasn't any detergent for the washer/dryer. ”

“The house was perfect for exploring New Orleans and going to Mardi Gras. Kitchen and bath were beautifully appointed and very comfortable beds. Super clean. Host was exceptionally helpful and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Very quiet and safe feeling neighborhood with restaurants in walking distance. It's one block off the Canal streetcar line that takes you down to the French quarter or up to City Park. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Host was very welcoming and the place was exactly as described! It is 140 yr old old house in NoLA, so understand that going in! It was well stocked with beds, good and toiletries! Terrific location to public transit to the French Quarter. Safe neighborhood. ”

“Great location with several local places to eat and drink. There is a bus stop within a block or so, so if you use public transportation, it's super convenient, too. The accommodations were perfect for my stay. Paul was great to deal with and responded promptly when I had questions. ”

“I was concerned that this home might be too small, but it was absolutely perfect. Plenty of room for my husband and I, and so homey and well-appointed. Lovely, quiet location and there are plenty of great spots to go right in the mid-city area. Sheri and Lee were responsive and great to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again!”
