「旅館所處位置不錯，近商業區及滑雪纜車入口。房間很小且床鋪為下拉式，晚上睡覺翻身都會嘖嘖作響，樓上下床的聲音也很明顯。停車位較少需要尋找或等待。服務人員客氣，但給予的說明並不正確(i.e.其實滑雪場是不能自帶滑雪板上去的)。下次應該還是要換別間飯店住。」

「This is a great 1-bedroom apartment and we enjoyed our stay. Warm, dry, comfortable for a family of 4 to hang out, walking distance to the lifts. Two reasons why great. First, it was very clean. Kitchen, dishes, pots, bathroom, all surfaces, bedsheets, floors. With that knowledge, you can relax and enjoy. Second, the apartment is furnished in a very practical manner, quite rare among rentals. As if the owners often used it themselves. Plenty of storage and hooks for your winter clothes, bathroom...

「The location for a ski weekend at Heavenly was excellent - steps away from Heavenly village and the gondola that takes you to the ski resort. We had a hiccup with our dishwasher in the villa not working, but was resolved by the hotel. Loren was very responsive leading up to and during the stay. 」

「Clean, each room with large HD tv, 2fireplaces, somewhat tight for 6people. 2nd bedroom is the area when you enter the unit, followed behind a glass door by an area where you find a good size refrigerator, and microwave, a granite countertop with a coffee maker and disposable silverware, dishes . Past another glass door is the living area where you have an extensible queen sofa; posted picture gives a good coverage of this living room. A solid door from this living area takes you to a master...
