"Hotel is in great location. Stsyed in room 715. Needs updating, walls and doirs heavily marked. Unfortunately there was construction in building during my stay which I was informed about by note when I got to my room. The noise from this was unacceptable. I did receive a 50% refund upin request for compensation. "

"Loved this hotel in Nagasaki! Location is great—can easily reach this hotel from the airport- the bus stop is right outside the hotel. The hotel is also a 10 minute walk from the train station. The tram stop is also right outside the hotel. Our room was large for Japan, the staff were wonderful, and the public onsen, with sauna and soaking tubs, was modern and sparkling clean. Loved the view from the 10th floor. Quiet and safe. We had a lovely meal at the small Japanese restaurant on the 1st floor. Will stay here again. Highly recommend! "
