"The staff checked me into my room under the wrong reservation in their computer. They assigned my room to someone else the last night of my stay and that person tried to enter my room at 8:30pm. I was then asked to come to the check in counter where they realized their error but made no effort to correct the inconvenience on my end. As a female traveling solo it was incredibly uncomfortable to have someone attempt to enter my room and have to assist in correcting an error I didn’t cause. The experience has caused me to not be willing to book a stay at an Avid hotel again in the future. "

"My stay was perfect from the fruendly staff at check in to check out. My suite was comfy and very roomy. There was free food and drinks in tge evening and free hot breakfast in the morning. If I need to be back in the area, this will definitely be my place."
