「There was a slight lack of attention to detail. There was some rubbish in the corridor and it was still there 3 days later. When I got a table in the restaurant I was put on a table with no serviettes or cutlery. In the end I had to take the ones from a nearby table. The buffet breakfast and evening meals were very reminiscent of an all inclusive resort. Also its location is a bit too far away from the town to be able to walk to the local restaurants 」

「Start with the good things...the setting is beautiful and the receptionist was very kind. The roads were well maintained and parking was easy. The place has a lot of potential. The disappointing issue was that the Expedia listing is not accurate and the owners were completely non-responsive. The restaurant is not open as described in the listing (breakfast is provided, though). Also, the tent I booked said it had a private pool. That was not the case at all. 「Absolutely amazing, only stayed one night whilst visiting family and the staff and family are lovely. Food is amazing and plenty of it. Had a hyena and a giraffe outside our rooms during the night!」

「This place is absolutely stunning and much larger than I expected it to be. There are 3 large viewing decks so seeing animals at all hours of the day is easy. The staff are so friendly and surprised the guests with a dance and song after a boma dinner. Food also was amazing. 」
