"Room dirty, refrigerator did not work, no elevator-had to carry suitcases upstairs, ice machine not working. Only 1hand towel and wash cloth in room. Breakfast food, sausage , eggs cold . "

"I didn’t like the bathroom because the toilet wasn’t well maintenance. It was hard to use the restroom. I didn’t like that there wasn’t enough lights to turn on once it got dark in the hotel room I couldn’t turn all the lights on. Lastly, I definitely didn’t like that there were bugs in my hotel room, such as spiders. This hotel wasn’t a great experience."

"Old hotel staff were not helpful 1st room AC was not working and front desk stated they had no other rooms Sent maintenance who had no clue they then found another room to move us to then the key cards would not work I had to go back to the desk two times. Only 1 elevator working. No ice machines working Poor stay"

"I had made a reservation at this hotel for the weekend. On the day I needed to check in, I was dealing with a delayed flight all morning. I arrived at the hotel between 7 and 8 p.m. My spouse had called to inform them that my check-in would be later than expected, and they allowed it. I understand that the payment needs to be processed, but how can I expect that to happen when I had no internet access to transfer my funds for 8 hours? After being told that it was okay for me to check in later and for them to cancel my booking."

The Big Texan Motel

"We changed to a downstairs room and they gave us a room that was occupied and we walked in on a family in their bed. There was no reserved parking for people staying at the motel so everyone from the restaurant took up parking. I don’t expect rooms to be spotless, it’s not a pricey hotel but it definitely didn’t feel clean. My husband was hung up on several times while we were standing outside of the room we thought was ours. Thankfully a manager from a separate property called to fix the issue, but I was told to contact Expedia for a possible partial refund and I can’t get ahold of anyone. I hate having a bad review, but I almost wish we would have just stayed at a cheaper place. It would have been the same quality with less drama."
