The space
This charming 2 bedroom 1 bath home will nestle you in many comforts. Newly refurbished throughout with beautifully restored original hardwood floors, new paint and texture and upgraded electrical and plumbing. The modern kitchen boasts vintage mint green appliances and plenty of room to feel at home. It's all currently under construction, but lots of pictures coming soon.
Centrally located, only few blocks from Amarillo College. Many dining and shopping options available in Wolflin Village and quick access to both I-40 and I-27.

Blackout curtains plus high end luxury mattresses on both king and twin beds!! You will enjoy a great nights rest.
Along with the luxury mattresses, the bedrooms all have an assortment of firm and soft pillows, soft sheets, bedspreads, and comforters. Your good night's rest is especially important to us.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all dishes, flatware, pots/pans, baking sheet, toaster, utensils, etc needed to prepare meals. You'll find paper goods in the cupboard. There is a teapot, drip coffee pot, coffee, a variety of sweeteners, creamer, tea packets, apple cider, bottled water and other miscellaneous goodies in the pantry.
The bathroom has all necessary linens, as well as, salon quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash dispensed right in the shower. We also have small toiletry items available that you may have forgotten when packing for your trip.
The living area has a large SmartTV with access to multiple channels thru Direct TV, Disney+, Roku, and Netflix. There is also a collection of books, board games, cards for entertaining.
Dog Central:
Our house is pet friendly and we ask that guest be friendly in return by cleaning up after your pets. In the bottom of the linen closet just outside of the bathroom you'll find pet blankets, food & water bowls, poop bags. You'll also find poop bags in the junk drawer in the kitchen.
There are also a bunch of old towels for cleaning up yourself or your fur friends after a big day hiking in Palo Duro Canyon.
Guest access
You will have your own private driveway large enough for 2 mid-size cars, a private single car garage, and street parking available. All free to you.
You're on the edge of the neighborhood, so it's easy to find and easy to get on/off I-40 or I-27.
Within a short driving distance of this beautifully walkable neighborhood, you'll find dining, shopping, gym, multiple coffee houses, yoga & massage studios, grocery stores including healthfood stores, churches, city parks including playgrounds / pickleball / tennis / basketball / volleyball courts, boot & shoe repair, Amarillo College main campus, Amarillo Little Theater, Amarillo Museum of Art, drug stores, convenience stores with gas pumps, pretty much everything I can think of that I have needed while traveling.
Other things to note
You'll be on the north side of a duplex. You will have your own private front and back entrances, private drive, garage, and porches. The only shared space is the fenced back yard.
