We loved the place, looks like they are reviving an old gem and it's really clean. Definitely a work in progress but it's getting very nice. One of the nicest properties in the area if not the nicest.

This is beyond bait and switch, the room didn’t look anything like the pictures, apparently they are renovating rooms as the rent out the the 1970s Bates Motel style rooms. Soap was empty in shower that barely worked. Elevator didn’t work. Night club downstairs does not spell family friendly with drunk dudes stumbling out.

At check in we were told all the top floors were booked and we were given a room on the first floor which was super loud. We were also told breakfast was included. There was only coffee and waffles. Check out was at 11 am. Housekeeping knocked at the door at 10:55 am and we told them we were almost out. We checked out with front desk at 11:05 am. An hour later I get a call from front desk saying if we didn’t check out within 10 minutes we would be charged an extra $10 check out fee. I told front desk we had checked out an hour prior.

Needs a thorough update and cleaning. Bathroom lacked an exhaust fan and the walls had been repaired poorly multiple times. The sound from the atrium was very loud, and the carpet was dirty with many bubbles that posed a tripping hazard.

I feel very mislead by the reviews I read for this location. The staff did okay but the hotel itself was old, run down and dirty. There was not enough parking for the hotel and the restaurant/bar. We had to park our vehicle in a scary back area and then we had to walk a long distance to the front entrance. Could not enter the building from the back parking lot. The breakfast was a waffle, yogurt and watered down juice. Would not stay here again.

This hotel was so cool! So much to do and look at. We loved the restaurant connected as well. Arcade was closed the entire time we were there which was a bummer but looked like claw machines and air hockey. Would 100% recommend for families!

We were sent a text message with our room number and a self-check in code. When we arrived in the early evening the lights had been turned on and we felt welcomed. The property is in need if some repairs. One of the elevators was still not working from when we had been there in December. Since we were on the 3rd floor this time the inconvenience was noticed. This time the breakfast nook had more waffle makers. I am not a fan if those waffles but the hit breakfast is an extra charge. Kids and families would enjoy the pool. Rooms are adequate. For the price, I would stay there again.

The room next to me had a loud tv all night you could hear out in the hallway and through my wall The desk lady didn’t give a crap about it and wouldn’t even go knock on the door or call the people. Then I asked to be moved to another room and she said no. There weren’t even 10 cars at the whole hotel and she said she couldn’t move me. The next morning I thought maybe they’d refund my room but no. Just sorry is all I got from the same gal. This place is terrible customer service and don’t care about a quiet good night sleep

The room was nice and clean and had good amenities (fridge, microwave, Keurig). We were a little disappointed with the front desk. We found most of the hotel amenities/activities, but when my kids tried to play in the arcade... Only 2 out of about 15 games were working and the ATM machine was out of money, so you had to bring your own cash. Also, the big game room with pool table and darts was locked and when they asked to have it unlocked, the front desk clerk seemed to be put out. We ordered room service from the steakhouse restaurant. The food was really good and the staff was super friendly, but it was very difficult to eat because it was all in small plastic containers. The free continental breakfast was pretty good and they also have a chef who makes breakfast for a small fee.

The room was dirty & did not match the photos on Expedia. The front desk staff was very rude, ignored us & told us to look at our phone for an e check in. We didn’t receive a text with a room number but they were very resistant to helping us. When we checked out the women at the front desk looked at us and walked away to the back room, didn’t even acknowledge us.
