「Been staying at Andidos Florencia for the past 5 years and my experience with the staff and the food has been exceptional. You can see some things need upgrade already due to the past of time but they try to keep everything up to standards . The manager is always there and willing to help and accommodate the guest. Very good service won’t change it for any other hotel in Florencia」

「The place was very clean, and the staff (Alvaro and his son were really warm and welcoming We had steak, sausage, rice and French Fries by a bonfire at night. We were in a clear bubble where we had a beautiful view at night of the forest and sky. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic too. But once again, the cleanliness was amazing. A white sink, toilet, etc in the middle of the jungle in pristine condition, wow. Just a great environment and a chance to actually relax because we were taken...

「No one at front desk had even rudimentary English, or even tried to communicate. I left my luggage with the hotel staff 3 days before my check in (on the way to the jungle tour). Apperantly, no record of it was made on my reservation, and it took me some time to get it upon my check in No hot water - it was just luke warm.
