This hotel was very clean and staff was amazing. I gave it a 3 star because you have to call for an iron and hair dryer, they are not in room. I also did not like the fact there was no heater, fan or ac in the rooms and I like circulating air to sleep. Breakfast was good you can ask them to make you fresh eggs. Everyone was very nice and this hotel was super clean. I recommend if your okay with the no circulating air.

Nice clean place, up dated and mostly quiet considering Ecuador. The hot water in shower fluctuated pressure and temperature which was less than expected. Staff was very attentive, food very good! Thanks

Me despertaron a las 7am de un sábado golpeando la puerta para retirar el secador de pelo. Les manifesté que ese día iba a usarlo también y me dijeron ok. Para mi sorpresa 7:30am me llaman a la habitación a pedirme nuevamente el secador de pelo. Personalmente fui por trabajo y necesitaba descansar lo cual se vio afectado por lo que comentó anteriormente. A más de que hay un sonido constante de algún aparato en todo el piso 2.
