It features a lovely, bright 40 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms including 1 master suite on the ground floor, as well as 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub. You'll enjoy a landscaped 400 m² enclosed garden, a swimming pool and a large terrace with garden furniture. South-facing and sheltered from view, you can enjoy outdoor lunches thanks to an automated awning. Barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs... you name it!

It's the ideal vacation spot for families and friends! All you have to do is enjoy your vacation!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

First floor:
- 40 m² living room with TV, sitting area and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A master suite overlooking the garden, with queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite shower room with walk-in shower and storage space
- Separate WC

Second floor:
- Bedrooms 2 and 3: two 80cm single beds that can be joined together (twin beds)
- Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with bathtub

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: charcoal barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A 6x3 m swimming pool (private, heated) with secure automatic shutter. Open from June 1 to the end of September.

- A beautiful 400 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Ambon, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation:
- You can park directly in the house's garage and private parking lot.
- The beach is a 10-minute drive away!
- Nearest train station: SNCF Vannes, about 30 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique about 1h45 by car

- Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival!
- A starter kit containing oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, coffee, tea and herbal tea capsules, washing-up liquid, sponges, toilet paper and paper towels is provided for the start of your stay.
