「送迎有りと書いてあるかなんのことはなく自分で払わされた。それも相場の三倍。一人で送迎を頼まなければ絶対に行けない。看板も出ていない。ましてタクシーもはいれない小道をしばらく歩く。トイレと調理場が隣り合わせ。 トイレは外でライトがないと危ない。 発展途上というところかな。」

「Even though Expedia advised the hotel provided an airport shuttle that was not the case! Due to the petrol crisis I was advised by the hotel upon advising of my delayed flight that I would have to find transportation myself. A very kind stranger from my flight, managed to get a driver/taxi to take me to my hotel. Upon arriving I had to pay 2000 bir which was a lot by their standards. I know I’ve been fleeced but what can you do and they have been hit badly by the petrol crisis! 」

「2023年9月に宿泊。 空港からの送迎は200ブル、貸切なら1300ブル。空港から30分から1時間かかります。他に公共交通機関がないので宿泊時に事前に送迎を予約することをお勧めします。 立地は良く、ラリベラの中心の広場から10分程度の徒歩圏内。教会群からも徒歩で10分程度です。丘の上に立っており、客室からの景色もいいです。 客室は清潔です。ややトイレとシャワーに汚れがあります。雨季のため蚊が多かったですが、次の日の清掃から室内にスプレーをして対応してくれました。 アムハラ州内の内戦中のため、州内全域でWiFi使用できず。 地下にレストランが併設されており、エチオピア料理、スパゲッティなどがあります。 オーナーとスタッフはとても親切で、要望にも応えてくれます。 I stayed at this hotel in Sep 2023. 「Staff very friendly and room was great minus the wifi which was terrible. The only other thing that really bothered me was I was told I could pay by card for my tour and I spent like an hour trying to get cash out because of the issue. I also broke my phone after they kept coming in and to bother me while trying to get money out. Other than that it was great. Oh and food is mediocre, juice is great though.」

「DO NOT BOOK THIS Hotel. This hotel has been taken over by the Ethiopian General for his military in the ongoing conflict. We were not made aware of this by Expedia or the hotel before reaching Lalibela and were shuttled to a third grade accommodation. Completely different from what I booked. This is terrible oversight from Expedia’s part sadly. If you book Lalibela Lodge, you WILL BE sent elsewhere when you arrive. Just know that.」
