Otimo hotel em boa localização.
Hotel novinho, bem cuidado, limpo, cama confortavel, roupas de cama e banho de boa qualidade. Café da manha é bom, mas poderia ser mais diversificado. As duas unicas coisas que poderiam melhorar são: a questao do barulho na suite 7 desde cedo, antes mesmo do inicio do cafe ja se ouve o liquificador, o arrastar de mesas e arrumacao das louças; a outra é a necessidade de ter uma equipe maior de apoio no atendimento no momento do cafe, por vezes as mesas ficam sujas, faltavam pratos e copos e os itens demoravam a ser repostos. Mas nada que desabone o hotel.

Atendimento na recepção deixa a desejar, atendimento da copa no café da manhã deixa a desejar, deveria ter opções e ser informado que pode escolher . Em fim a pousada é bem localizada e bonita , mas deve treinar melhor seus funcionários
