Dear Francis, Regarding the shuttle bus, we are truly sorry for the experience. It has come to my attention that the service you received during your recent stay did not meet your expectations. For this, I sincerely apologize. Our shuttle runs every 40 minutes, and takes 20 minutes ride from the hotel to the Airport. From one hotel to another, it takes 10 minutes. The shuttle service works for the 3 Ibis Hotels (Schiphol, Budget and Styles) and the driver announces the name of the hotel at every stop.
