Luxury rijksmuseum house

This gorgeous ground level apartment (no stairs) - part of our house and a historical villa - is located in the nicest residential area of Amsterdam, the museum district. Peacefull and private ground across from the beautifull gardens of the Rijksmuseum. This private part of our house is approximately 860 ft2.

From the window in the living room and the beautifull very private - 280 ft2 - city garden with its romantic evening lighting, you will have a spectacular view of the Rijksmuseum.

Therefore, it is a unique piece of property with more than 3 meter high ceilings and the highest monumental status in the country. One of a kind!

In each bedroom is one king bed (1.80 x 2.00). Therefore its perfect for families but also two couples. On request, we can make in the livingroom an extra bed (1.40 x 2.00) for you from the couch. Also we could make in the livingroom another extra bed of an airmatrass (1.50 x 2.00). This means that also 4 adults can stay where every adult has its own bed.

Further there is a fully equiped kitchen (with quooker). Filtered, bubbly and boiled water out of the tab. Coffee and tea also included with the apartment.

The house is FULLY AIRCONDITIONED by Daikin. Two airconditioning units are located in the livingroom and one airconditioning unit is in EACH bedroom. There are also separate ventilators.

The house is family friendly equiped. On request we can provide high chairs for baby's and toddlers. Also we can provide a baby codd (Hauck 0.60 x 1.20) and / or toddler the luxe campingbed from Deryan. Also we have a baby box from Deryan for the really little ones. To protect the kids from falling out of the king beds, we have safety first bed rails. Family's are more than welcome.

Furthermore, the house is next door to the most luxurious shopping street of Amsterdam with Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Tiffany, Prada, Chanel etc. etc. And the house is around the corner of the US consulate.
