Guest relations are excellent- good attention to detail. My upgraded room was on a higher floor, very clean, modern, excellent city view and nice bathroom amenities. The entire hotel is also cool and well ventilated Highly recommended

We were greeted warmly and had all our questions answered. Everyone was very helpful. We loved the room and the decor. The breakfast, although pricey, was very good. At first, we thought we were too far out from everything we wanted to see but the location was perfect. Just a few steps to catch the Metro into town and to the Van Gogh and other museums. All in all, pretty perfect for celebrating our 52nd anniversary.

amazing hotel, very easy check in/out, beautifully designed and brilliant for a cheaper get away as its outside the city but with a tram station on the doorstep! My only critic would be the €48 charge on arrival which we were told was tax, some explanation when booking would have been better…

Bedrooms were excellent and we lovely the Japanese styling. Reception staff friendly but when we asked about bars we were only told about the top floor bar. Poor wine selection by the glass as it was largely cocktails. There is a more casual 1 st floor bar. No food in the hotel at all after 10.30 pm. That’s poor for a big hotel in a major city
