「Lugar excelente, o Faass é muito atencioso e cuidadoso. Camas bem confortáveis, ambiente agradável. Acessórios pra café disponíveis, fomos no frio e fez diferença isso. Necessita subir escadas, mas se isso não te incomoda, terá uma ótima estadia. Haarlem é uma cidade linda.」

「While the room was small it was workable. And the cleanliness and location more than made up for it. The staff was wonderful! It can be a little noisy because you’re right on the main square so you may need earplugs.」

「有一天晚上外面有宴會，非常的吵鬧，吵到半夜，讓我的客人睡不著，隔天走道地毯上鋪了好幾條抹布，很臭我猜想應該是前一天宴會的客人吐在地毯上，真的很不舒服的經驗」

「The best thing about this hotel is the free airport shuttle. A nice ride and time saving (also saved the 20 minute walk to the nearest station with luggage). Bike rental is available for €15 but not many number of bikes. The staff is friendly and nice. Air conditioning cost an extra €10, didn’t know. I don’t appreciate that. The tap water tastes strangely (my opinion). But can buy water from a nearby supermarket. The tv resolution is quite below standard in this century.」
