• The refrigerator in our suite leaked fluid throughout the stay, causing large puddles in the kitchen area. Maintenance was sent but did not fix the issue; I was advised to use towels to soak the liquid. The hotel was under construction, and the noise was loud and unbearable, causing sleep loss and migraines. No Disability parking was available despite being charged a daily parking fee, and the lot was frequently full. Staff failed to fulfill multiple requests for clean towels, linens, and trash bags, and I had to repeatedly follow up in person. Additionally, I was charged a fraudulent “shopping fee” for an item I never purchased, without my consent. Despite surveillance, the charge was processed without proof or permission.
• Management Response: I attempted to speak with hotel management several times during my stay. Staff repeatedly said the manager was unavailable or had not responded. Upon checkout, I tried again and was told the manager was unreachable.
