「No air conditioning. Room service staff ignored me.」

「Great breakfast and very kind personnel, very responsive to customer requests. Room had some bad smell in the bathroom, due to bad venting, even after changing room. Also the HVAC was not possible to adjust and the room was very warm in the night, making the sleep difficult. We reported these issues to the property manager that said will be addressing them. We appreciated all in all our stay.」

「I am booking a room ‘King Suit Paranomic View’, but the ‘Paranomic view’ is a car park!! The bathroom has smell. Many things in the room are covered by dust! There is water left in the kettle by previous guest, and the kettle is also covered with dust! I told the reception that I need to checkout at 8 am. The lady said that they will serve breakfast for me at 7:30, BUT, nobody was there until at 8:02 I tried to grab someone from the kitchen to do the checkout for me. I almost miss my train....

「The room was spacious and clean and the bed very comfortable. The room was warmer than we would like because the air conditioning didn't work properly. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. I do feel the hotel is a bit overpriced however. 」
