I took an overnight flight and I was very happy they let me check in on arrival. The front desk staff was wonderful and helped me with directions etc. The morning breakfast was well stocked and the staff was so efficient and friendly.

Hotel pequeño, de tres estrellas, de forma q es básico, pero está muy bien. Excelente ubicación cerca de La Gran Via, Plaza España, La Opera, El Palacio Real, sitios donde comer y comprar, teatros, estación de metro, etc. El salón para desayunar es acogedor y cuenta con buena variedad. My Buena relación precio/calidad.

"Beautiful hotel set in an amazing location. Stayed with my dog who adored the squeaky toy she was given. Staff extremely helpful and even allowed us to eat breakfast outside as we didn't want to leave our dog in the room. Would definitely stay again"
