I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel on Gran Vía. From the moment I arrived, everything was excellent.
Conchita, who works at the front desk, was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She explained absolutely everything to me with so much professionalism and warmth, and she made me feel comfortable at all times.
All of the staff at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect, everything was clean, organized, and the overall experience was outstanding.
I would definitely stay here again. Truly a 10/10 experience. Highly recommended!

The hotel was spotless, rooms comfortable, staff extremely helpful and breakfast just right to get us on our way. The neighbourhood was quiet with lots of places to eat and drink and the hotel was located near the train and metro stations. Highly recommended.
