Worst condition hotel ever in a tourist town

The room is a total disaster. Broke and battered. Worst Scenario ever faced! Nightmare! Broken everything, the drapes, the electric wall plug were without surface plates exposing the socket , only one socket works out of 2! The shower slide door won’t slide, walls were dirty with lumpy paint tears down the wall. Furniture were aged and dirty and shinny from aged grease rubbing on it. Fabric were vintage and old. Flooring was dull and old . Insufficient lighting. Worst if worst experience!

It was very average but ok for an overnight stay while waiting for our plane. The facility was old and run down. We found out it has a reputation for drug dealers in the area but we had no problem with that while we were there.

While the staff was friendly, the rooms were very dated. The door to get second bedroom wouldn’t shut, it looked like they patched holes in the wall but didn’t paint it to match and the top of the fridge was filthy. We only stayed for a few hours before our flight and did not spend the night. The area of town was run down and a guy at the McDonalds next door said it was a “bad area of town”.

This property is barely adaquate. You have to call a number on the door to check in. No phone in the room. Hotel needs work. TV and AC and fan didnt work. It tooks 2 tries to hsve maintence fix it. Its noisy in this hotel. Door slaming and furniture noise moving. I wont stay hrre again

This property is a converted apartment complex that has the smell of decades of smoking emanating from the carpet and walls. The room we were assigned had a badly beaten up fridge in it. Definitely did not feel safe.

We chose this property i Ititally for the price and convenience. Traveling with multiple parties I booked 3 rooms, one for my husband and myself, one for my dad and one for a friend not realizing that the rooms have a separate bedroom. I chose the same property a second time except I only booked 2 rooms, one for my husband and myself and another for my dad and the friend because I knew it had a separate bedroom. We would stay again!

Very dirty, I normally don’t fuss or give reviews but it was just dirty! Even the shower had visible dirt in it. The couch was gross to sit on. Atleast the bed sheets and towels seemed clean and the shower was hot!

This was the grossest place we've ever stayed. It is also NOT the hotel in the pictures! Expedia should be embarrassed to have this one listed. So gross!!!!

It was a pretty dingy motel with really old, worn furniture. One of the beds wasn't level and was made up so your head would lay at the bottom of the slant. There were capped wires sticking out of places. It's one thing if it was a cheap-o motel and was like this, but the room still cost $230 for one night which seemed overpriced to me for its quality. Needed a place to sleep though after getting in from the airport. Interaction with cleaning staff in the morning was lovely though, very cheery and nice.

third floor wanted to take her luggage up to the third floor with no elevator. Very dirty outdated. There is nothing nice or good about this place hotel.

There was absolutely nothing good about this property. It was advertised as having a kitchen, which it had a range that was filthy and did not work (it was unplugged because it was broken). There were no cooking utensils, cups, spoons or forks. When I asked them about it, the attendant said 'yeah, i know'. The washer and dryer were used by housekeeping, so you had to WAIT to use it (if it was even available). You couldn't use it when it was convenient....you just had to wait until they were done. The hot water in the sink did not work, only dripped out. The air conditioner did not work either. We told them about it but they didn't do anything about it. The faucet handle in the shower fell off because it didn't have a screw in it. We reported that as well but nothing was ever done about it. I asked to talk with the Supervisor and the attendant said she 'just left', so I asked her to provide her my number and call me anytime, but I never received a call. We didn't pay top dollar for this rat trap, but we paid over $240 a day for it. This was the worst experience we ever had renting a dump like this place. DO NOT GO THERE. IT IS NOT FIT FOR HUMANS TO LIVE THERE. The pictures are nothing like it actually is. I suggest Expedia look at this property and take it off their list so it does not bring a bad name to their services. I will not book with Expedia again until they remove this from their rental options. I will be looking! I have pictures if you want.

Airport shuttle was convenient. Rooms were larger than expected. Had a two double bed suite and it was actually two separate bedrooms. Staff was very accommodating at changing our rooms to ground level as there is no elevator in three story building. Advertised with kitchen, however it is not stocked. No cups, cutlery, dishes, pots, pans, dish soap, nothing. It is empty. Front desk told me we have to buy our own supplies when I asked. This should be disclosed before you book. We stayed at another property with kitchens and they were fully stocked, so this is lacking. In the tub/shower combo, the tub floor was slippery with no grip strips on the tub floor and no grab bars. Mattress in main room needs replacing , no bedside tables or lights, I used a chair as a bedside table.

Airport shuttle was convenient. Room was large. No elevator needs to be in bold print and highlighted before booking. Staff was very accommodating at changing our rooms to ground level for our return stay. The rooms were advertised as having a kitchen, which they did, however, they were not stocked. No cooking utensils, pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, cups, dish soap, nothing. I asked at the desk and was told they do not supply, you have to buy your own. That was not disclosed in the description of the property when I was looking. Makes the kitchen useless. I think this should be disclosed before you book. I stayed at a different property that had kitchen suites and they were a fully stocked kitchen.
