Inside, you’ll find elevated touches throughout: a stylish living space with fireplace and smart TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with granite accents, and a tranquil bedroom featuring a modern four-poster bed, blackout curtains, and hotel-quality linens. The spa-like bathroom includes a full tub with slate tile surround.

Guest Access:

Guests have full, private access to the entire condo during their stay. This includes the living room, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette. Enjoy the top-floor views all to yourself—no shared spaces.

Secure keyless entry makes check-in a breeze, and you'll be provided with a custom access code before arrival. The building features an elevator for easy access, and free on-site or nearby parking options are available.



🚗 Parking Information:

We offer first-come, first-serve FREE parking behind the building with 6 designated spaces available to our guests. While we do our best to accommodate, please note that these spots are not reserved and availability is not guaranteed.

Each reservation is allowed one vehicle per stay, and we kindly ask guests to provide their license plate number at check-in for security and property access purposes.

If all spots behind the building are full, additional parking is conveniently located at the Easy Park Chinook Lot, just a short walk away on the northeast corner of 3rd Avenue and E Street.

Other Things to Note:

We do not refund any Credit Card Fees associated with your reservation. We also charge a $300 deposit/hold(not for Airbnb) for you stay with us. This is mandatory and should you not have the funds to process the booking amount plus hold will result in immediate cancellation and no refund.
